Teams, clubs, and apparel brands describe what they want in plain language, and the Novardex assistant turns it into a production-ready design, visualized live on a 3D garment. Example request: "A red-and-white striped jersey with our logo on the chest and player names on the back."

- Problem: designing custom team apparel is slow and technical: endless back-and-forth with suppliers, confusing design tools, and no way to see the final product before it is printed.
- Solution: an AI design assistant combined with a live 3D configurator. Customers describe their kit, refine it on a real-time 3D model, and every order arrives with a production-ready design attached. Brands embed it on their own storefront with one call.

### 3D configurator engine (working today)

- Real-time 3D preview with front, back, and sleeve print areas.
- Design canvas for logos, text, motifs, colors, and patterns.
- JavaScript SDK (mount, getState, loadState, getPreview, destroy) and iframe embed with an origin-checked postMessage bridge.
- Designs saved as JSON with PNG previews; performance budgets and Web Vitals monitoring; theme and locale options.
- Built with React, Three.js, React Three Fiber, Fabric.js, Zustand, Vite, Vitest.

Status: early stage. The 3D configurator engine is working and embeddable; the AI assistant is being built on top of it with our first customers in custom teamwear.
